As we follow a Made-to-Order production model, we request our customers to allow adequate time for craftsmanship and finishing before dispatch.

Estimated Production & Dispatch Timelines

• Basic Kurta Sets, Dresses, Co-ord Sets and Ready Styles:
  5–6 working days

• Designer Kurta Sets with embellishments, embroidery or handcrafted detailing:
  7–10 working days

• Bridal Wear, Heavy Lehenga Sets, Couture Pieces and Occasion Wear:
  10–15 working days

• Bridal Couture, extensive handwork pieces or highly customized outfits:
  15–30 working days depending upon the complexity of the design.

Please note that the above timelines refer to production and dispatch timelines and do not include shipping transit time.

Once your order is dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner serviceability.

For urgent orders, event deliveries or specific timeline requests, customers are requested to contact our team before placing the order. While we always try our best to accommodate urgent requests, faster delivery cannot be guaranteed for handcrafted pieces.

During festive seasons, wedding seasons, sales periods or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may vary slightly. In such cases, our team will proactively keep you updated regarding your order status.

As every Neha Sharma Label outfit is handcrafted and made specifically for the customer after the order is placed, we do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Our garments involve extensive craftsmanship, artisan labour, embroidery and customization work, making each piece a made-to-order luxury product created exclusively for the customer.

Therefore:

• Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

• Refunds are not provided for any made-to-order, customized or altered products.

• Order cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

• Customized sizing, blouse stitching, sleeve modifications, length adjustments and special requests make the product non-returnable and non-refundable.
  
  

Exchange Eligibility:

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Therefore, exchanges may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product received.

• Incorrect size delivered due to an error from our side.

• Manufacturing defect or damage identified upon delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order along with an unboxing video and clear photographs of the product.

Products that have been worn, altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged after delivery shall not be eligible for exchange.

The decision regarding exchange approval shall remain solely at the discretion of Neha Sharma Label after quality inspection.
