Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

         At Neha Sharma Label, every garment is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the made-to-order and exclusive nature of our products, we operate on a No Refund & No Return policy.

However, we understand that the perfect fit is essential. We are happy to offer size exchanges under specific conditions.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final: As a luxury label, many of our pieces are made upon order. Therefore, we are unable to offer monetary refunds for change of mind, color preference, or incorrect size selection.

  • Smart Shopping: We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully. Our clients consistently rate our sizing as "True to Size," but if you have any doubts, please contact our styling team before placing your order.

2. Size Exchange Policy

If the garment you received does not fit perfectly, we offer a Size Exchange for the same product, subject to the following conditions:

  • Timeline: You must request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Strict Policy: Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for size issues only. We cannot exchange for a different color or a different style.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made, altered, or made-to-measure pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage:

  1. Please email us at contact@nehasharma.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Attach clear images of the defect.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a resolution at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@nehasharma.co or Call/WhatsApp +91 98348 33867 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order Number and the New Size you require.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the shipping process.

    • Note: All exchanges are subject to quality inspection upon return.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • Shipping charges for dispatching the new size back to you will also be borne by the customer.
