Dispatch Timelines

Please note: “Dispatch” refers to the time it takes for us to prepare or craft your order before handing it over to the courier.

• Hand-Embroidered Wear: Dispatched within 1 Week (7 Days).
  • Why this takes longer: These pieces involve intricate Zardozi or hand-embroidery work that requires time and precision.
• Standard Indian Wear: Dispatched within 1–2 Working Days.
• Western Wear: Dispatched within 1–2 Working Days.
• Accessories: Dispatched within 2–3 Working Days.
• Home Décor: Dispatched within 2–3 Working Days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Important Information

• Delays: Our dispatch times are guidelines. While we aim to dispatch all orders within the timelines above, slight delays may occur during peak seasons or due to payment authorization.
• Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. However, our Customer Care team is always available to assist you with tracking updates.
• Redirecting: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Taxes & Duties

For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. The price you see is the price you pay.

For International Customers: We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

• Product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties.
• As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country.
• Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
