Return & Exchange Policy
The return and exchange policy is applied between sale between Neha Sharma Label and the buyer directly. The brand is not responsible for any sale and purchase of items from the third party. Our team will make sure that you receive items without any damages. However in case of normal wear and tear or any other issue, following terms and conditions for return and exchange are to be applied.
Neha Sharma Label do not offers returns of items once sold. Only ready items can only be exchange with proper tags still attached, and should be unused. We may not accept the used and soiled items.
We do not offer and exchange and returns on the custom made orders.
In case of delivery of faulty items, our team will support you with the procedure to get the faulty items repaired. The Label takes the responsibility only to repair the same item or provides a store credit note, if items are irreparable. We do not offer any exchange or return of the faulty items.
Standard time for custom order is 20-30 days.
All early delivery orders will be considered as custom made.
We do not offer store credits or any exchange, once refittings and alteration are done
Discount offers and or coupon codes on items can only be availed in a given time period. Any future purchase of the same items will be non-discounted after the discount periods.
Items ordered through cash on delivery are subject to confirmation via phone call or emails. Non-confirmation of items between 3-4 days will be cancelled automatically.
